Who knew this would have turned out to be one of our favourite experiences in Egypt?! Aswan was definitely our favourite are, small, peaceful and with the most incredible views of the Nile. It was just so peaceful to cut through the perfectly still waters of the Nile at sunset, with only birds and the wind as background noise. For a while we forgot about the point to this life and what was truly important to us! We will always be grateful for our 10 years in London, they allowed us to save money and travel for years before we made of content creation our main business. That time for us was almost like a tunnel, we did not feel 10 years passing at all!! The main objective was to work. To save money to use once in pension! Wild how that was truly the plan 😂 2020 really brought some horrible things to this world but it did gave us time we never had without distractions. To see what really made us happy and what was truly important at the end of the day. Egypt is such an incredible country! And having 1 month to explore it was true perfection as it allowed us to soak everything in while travel the long distances. It’s quite a challenging journey, from the long night bus ride, the temple visits under the sun and the unavoidable hustle (which a side from Luxor was so much better than we expected). For us having some time to rest in between everything was essential to recharge and start a new part of the journey.
